Product usage:
This product is a two-component polymeric ceramic material, which is firmly bonded to the surface of the substrate by chemical bond at low temperature using ceramic precursor technology. As the temperature rises,
the thermolysis of the ceramic precursor transforms into the polymeric ceramic material, and finally forms a solid ceramic protective layer on the substrate.The product is cured at room temperature and has a temperature
resistance of 800¡æ. It is used to protect the metal surface of boiler air preheater, water wall, superheater and economizer against oxidation corrosion and erosion wear.

How to use:
1, surface treatment: clean the pending-repair part,exposing the fresh substrate and rough treatment, the treated surface should be clean, dry, rough and fresh material surface;

2, preparation: according to the weight ratio A:B=1:1~1:1.5 (recommended dosage A:B=1:1.2) take the right amount of A, B two components mixed and stirred evenly, the mixed prepared material should be used up
within the specified operating time;

3, coating: spray or brush the mixed prepared material on the parts to be repaired,the film thickness should be less than 200um(i.e. 0.2mm), each kilogram can cover about 3 square meters of the substrate surface;

4, curing: after the completion of the construction,it need to be placed for more than 24 hours to be fully cured before the coating can be put into use (when the temperature is below 10¡æ,should prolong the curing time or heating curing).

pre-use prediction test, so as to judge whether the product is suitable for the actual working condition.
 
2. The usage method in this document is only a general guiding scheme. Before the formal construction, please determine the appropriate construction scheme according to the actual working conditions on the site
 
3. This product should be constructed at the ambient temperature above 4¡æ.
 
4. Must wait for the coating completely dry,the equipment can be put into normal operation, otherwise it will affect the service life of the coating.
 
Safety and healthy:
This product is a general chemical. During construction, please wear general work clothes, dust masks, protective glasses and protective gloves to avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of accidental contact, please rinse repeatedly
with flowing water as soon as possible
 
Packing specification:
Packed in a plastic drum, 10Kg/set, two components
 
Transportation storage:
1.Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.
Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
